It’s about connecting with people, making them feel their best, and helping bring out the confidence that’s already within them. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as same-day cancellations and no-shows, will be subject to a 100% service charge.
Please understand that last-minute cancellations prevent me from offering your appointment time to another guest. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business.
